Refund & Exchange Policy


At Tuwon, each piece is created to accompany your journey with purpose, function, and quiet distinction. We want you to feel confident when choosing your item, and cared for if something is not quite right.


Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • Returned in its original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, dust bag, and accessories
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase


Items that show signs of wear, damage, marks, stains, odour, or missing packaging may not be accepted.


Exchanges


If you would like to exchange your item for another colour, size, or product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit where appropriate.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item name
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Clear photos if the item arrived damaged or faulty

Once your request has been reviewed, we will confirm whether your return is eligible and provide the next steps.


Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.


We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Tuwon cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.


Refunds


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items


If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at Info@tuwon.co.uk with your order number and clear photos.


We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, exchange, repair, or refund.


Final Sale, Personalised, or Special Items


Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Personalised or customised items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items returned damaged, used, or incomplete

This does not affect your statutory rights.
